Carol graciously walked us through the sale of my parents' home (estate). She spent time offering advice of things to do to get the house ready for the market and provided contacts of good help. Her knowledge of the market was spot on when counseling us on a selling price. As we were out of town during much of the process, it was easy to "leave everything to Carol' - especially helping us to understand the very detailed inspection report. Carol came highly recommended to us but what really drew us to her is her calm confident demeanor. We gained a wonderful agent - and a friend!

Carol was wonderful to work with. We had an extremely long distance purchase (from Hawaii), and had a very tight time schedule to view properties. Carol arranged all of our showings in a short time period and gave us valuable feedback on the pros and cons of each neighborhood and home. During the entire purchasing process, whenever we had a question or needed anything she was ready, willing and able to provide answers or coordinate with the sellers or vendors for us. Courtney did a great job, was very responsive and answered all my questions/concerns in a very timely manner. She listened to what I was looking for. I believe if she didn't know the answer she would find it - roofers, inspectors, etc. I never felt rushed. We just purchased our first house in Texas with the help of Carol Knott Tefft. She is amazing! We flew to Texas from out of state and Carol went above and beyond to spend time with us and show us properties in a short period of time. After we went back home she was communicating with us and advising us and answering all the questions we had for her in a timely manner. We flew back and closed on our first property and planning to use her for our next real estate purchase as well. She is truly fantastic and knowledgeable agent and so easy to work with. Working with Brittany Cabrera was a delight and I recommend her highly! While we were still living in Vermont Brittany helped us navigate, remotely, the entire process of moving from Vermont to Texas. She guided us through virtual showings, signing paperwork online and setting up digital payments. Brittany is knowledgeable about the area and what is happening in the market. We worked with Carol to find a new home in The Woodlands and couldn't have asked for a better experience. My family was relocating for work from the east coast so we had a lot of moving parts and a quick timeline. Carol did an amazing job of showing us the area and providing insight into the different communities to help us make the best decision possible. Due to low inventory it took us almost 2 months of looking but Carol was always available to look at houses that just came on the market and was also reaching out to her network to find houses before they were even listed.

Carol Knott was phenomenal to work with! My house was only on the market for 6 days. She went out of her way to help me close from a distance. I've also worked with Carol on a few other sales, and a few rentals. Carol's honesty has led me to some great real estate decisions. Most realtors have become complacent and lazy in the internet age, but Carol still provides the great level of hometown service everyone loves.
